From Frustration to Foundation: Why We Started
Founded by Thiruloga Kumar, a former NRI who spent over a decade as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) in the USA and the UK, , this service was inspired by his own journey navigating real estate matters from abroad. Our founder personally experienced the many complexities and inefficiencies non-residents face when handling property matters from abroad , whether it’s building a dream home, investing in real estate, selling a property, or managing inherited assets. The process was often frustrating and unclear, marked by delays, lack of accountability, and limited visibility. Every step demanded constant follow-ups, trustworthy local support, and hours of coordination across time zones — all while managing a demanding career overseas.
Realizing that thousands of fellow NRIs and OCIs continue to face similar challenges and lacked a reliable, transparent partner back home our founder set out to change the experience for others.
