5. Developer Matchmaking Package

Choose the Right Developer Based on Facts, Not Promises
We approach reputed developers in Chennai and secure competitive offers tailored to your requirements. You’ll receive up to three proposals, and if you already have preferred developers, we include them in the evaluation. Our side-by-side proposal matrix compares landowner share %, cash consideration, developer profiles, financial strength, and track records giving you a transparent view to make an informed decision. Once the developer is picked, we assist in scheduling meetings and negotiating the terms and conditions on your behalf with the developer until the deal is finalized and the JDA is signed. Fees start from: 1.5% base fee + 1.5% success fee (on finalizing the JDA) of the total land value.
